VIKIZ the high frequency induction isoparametric wireline logging tool. It is applied in the open boreholes of the horizontal and directional oil-and-gas wells for:
- reconstruction of the near-hole rock resistivity (R) space distribution;
- evaluating both the reservoir bed resistivity, and its radial distribution in the modified near-hole area;
- exposing formation waters gathering at the penetration front that is direct indicator of the movable hydrocarbons saturation of the reservoir;
- identifying the oil-water contacts, and the transition zones of the partial oil-saturation.
Self-contained ALMAZ-1 complex is self-contained ALMAZ-1 complex is designed for investigation of wells with horizontal completion drilled for oil and gas. The complex provides resistivity measurements by nine induction probes of different investigation depths, as well as measurements of SP and natural gamma-ray activity of rocks.
Self-contained ALMAZ-2 complex is designed for investigation of highly inclined boreholes and holes with horizontal completion, which are drilled for oil and gas. The complex provides methods of measurement of resistivity by 9-probe arrays of different investigation depths and those of spontaneous potential (SP) and natural gamma-ray activity of rocks, as well as measurements of both the resistivity and temperature of drilling mud.
Metrological verification set is designed for use as working standart for calibration of the wireline VIKIZ complexes, VEMKZ module and their modifications in metrological services of geophysical companies.
